Our made to order items are usually dispatched in 3 weeks from the date of purchase. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped.
For customers outside of the UK, all orders are shipped with Import Duties & Taxes unpaid. Therefore, customers will be contacted by our nominated courier in advance of delivery for collection of these fees which are payable directly to the courier. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
14 Day Free Returns
For complete peace of mind, we offer an exchange or a full refund within 14 days. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please inform us on +44 (0) 208 0505 209 or firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we will gladly assist you with a free return shipment.
In order for a return to be processed, the item(s) must be returned unworn within 14 days of receiving your order and they must be in their original condition, with the certification and packaging provided.
For customers outside of the UK: Please be aware that we cannot refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries and that bespoke or engraved pieces cannot be refunded.
At Gemdaia, we are committed to excellence and we stand firmly behind the quality of our craftsmanship. As such, we offer a free lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects on all fine jewellery purchases.
Normal wear and tear, loss or damage of gemstones, product loss, theft, and manufacturing defects as a result of misuse are not covered by our lifetime warranty. Such examples include the catching, bending, or wearing down of prongs and other settings, which could result in gemstone(s) falling out, and the discolouration of precious metals due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, chlorine, and bathing. In order to protect your jewellery against general wear and tear, loss, damage, and theft, we recommend maintaining insurance coverage.
If you encounter a defect in jewellery purchased from Gemdaia, please return the item(s) to us for inspection. Please ensure item(s) are tracked and fully insured against loss or damage in transit. Once your item(s) have shipped, please email email@example.com with the tracking number and date of the shipment. Once the item(s) arrive, Gemdaia will determine if the defect is a result of normal wear and tear, or covered by warranty. We will then report any necessary repairs and whether it falls within the warranty, prior to performing repairs. Once any repairs are completed, the item(s) will be shipped back to the customer; for repaired item(s) that fall within the warranty, return shipping and insurance is covered by the warranty.
