For complete peace of mind, we offer a 7 day return policy. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please inform us immediately and we will gladly assist you. Full refunds are available on in stock gemstones and  jewellery; custom orders may be exchanged or remade to your satisfaction.

If you require resizing, we have partnered with local jewellery specialists across the globe to assist with resizing free of charge. Customers are responsible for transporting the item(s) to and from the resizing location. Please contact us for more information.

In order for a return to be processed, the item(s) must be returned unworn within 7 days of receiving your order and they must be in their original condition, with the certification and packaging provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please ensure item(s) are tracked and fully insured against loss or damage in transit. Once your item(s) have shipped,
please email info@gemdaia.com with the tracking number and date of the shipment.

Approved refunds will reflect the amount stated on the original invoice. Please note that Gemdaia is not responsible for any additional fees, bank charges, duty taxes, custom charges, for or any returns not received, or for any item(s) not returned in accordance with the requirements mentioned above.
